Apparently, this kit-kat is a limited edition for spring season. I haven't found the green tea variety yet, but Sakura is a type of cherry blossom. I thought it was strawberry - but when I took a bite I soon realised that I was wrong. It's a subtle flavour that really does taste similar to the smell of cherry blossom. Pretty nice... but don't eat whilst drinking green tea.
